Não existe um limite definido mas para o ritmo da Expedição em Grupo ser agradável para todos os viajantes, sugerimos uma idade mínima de 12 anos e máxima de 69 anos. Com excessões para cada tipo de viajante com conversa prévia com a nossa equipe.
Os pacotes de Expedições em Grupo são muito completos com todos os serviços de hospedagem com café da manhã em hotéis de alta categoria, transportes internos, bilhetes para os passeios, seguro viagem, taxas de remessa e guias brasileiros.
Nossos grupos são pequenos e formados de 6 a 14 viajantes no total para que haja uma boa experiência de viagem para todos.
Para melhor atender as experiências do viajante, coletamos dados fornecidos pelo cliente como interesses em viagens, destinos, informações de contato e geolocalização.
Nenhum dado é compartilhado com empresas terceiras. Exceto fornecedores e mediadores da viagem como companhias aéreas, companhias de transporte terrestre e hotelaria caso o viajante feche contrato com a agência. Nossos fornecedores também assumem a responsabilidade de privar pela segurança de dados do viajante.

Você pode solicitar que removamos qualquer dado pessoal que mantemos sobre você. Isto não inclui nenhum dos dados que somos obrigados a manter para propósitos administrativos, legais ou de segurança.
Para contratação de pacotes de viagem:
Caso precise alterar dados do viajante por qualquer motivo, a solicitação poderá ser feita apenas pelo contratante e com prazo limite de 30 dias antes da viagem.
Para contratação de roteiros locais na Noruega:
É possível alterar sem nenhum custo adicional o nome do viajante até 7 dias úteis antes do roteiro guiado.
Alteração até 60 dias antes da data do início da viagem – Diferença de tarifa (se houver) + 5% de multa sobre o valor original pago à vista
Alteração até 30 dias antes da data do início da viagem – Diferença de tarifa (se houver) + 15% de multa sobre o valor original pago à vista
Alteração até 15 dias antes da data do início da viagem ou menos – sem possibilidade de alteração
Os passeios na Noruega podem ser totalmente reembolsados com pedido mínimo de 7 dias de antecedência ao passeio via email na página de Contato. Solicitações feitas em outro prazo não são reembolsadas pelos operadores.
